Returns Policy
For your peace of mind, all purchasers are covered by our 'No Quibble' 30 day exchange or refund policy. So in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and all tags attached, in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us using a recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery.
If you return an item for exchange, you will need cover the cost of returning the item to us, however we will send the replacement item back to you free of charge (within the UK only).
If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will pay for the cost of the return postage.
To Return an Item
To return an item, please phone 01992 501 616 or email us at info@adaptorclothing.com stating whether you'd like to exchange for a different size / item or would prefer a refund, and we will issue you with an authorisation number. This returns authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you send back to us. You must send the item back to us within 7 days of the authorisation number being given to you.
If you return an item that is not in its original condition, tags have been removed or is sent outside of the timeframes specified above, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
