Adaptor Clothing will dispatch your order within 4 working days of it being confirmed. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. You will have the option of waiting until the item is back in stock, picking a suitable replacement or we will gladly refund you.

Royal Mail UK 24 Tracked: FREE on orders £75 or over.

Royal Mail UK 24 Tracked: £4.95 on orders less than £75.

EU Flat Rate Shipping: £14.95 on orders less than £150. FREE EU Shipping on orders £150 or over. (Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail)

Int'l Flat Rate Shipping: £19.95 on orders less than £150. FREE Shipping on orders £150 or over. (Royal Mail International Tracked Airmail)

Taxes for European Union Customers

EU orders under 150EUR will have the appropriate taxes calculated and be payable at our checkout, plus the standard £14.95 shipping rate.

EU orders over 150EUR will not include EU taxes at our checkout; these will be calculated and be payable upon delivery. Orders over 150EUR being shipped into the EU automatically trigger customs checks - taxes and import duties will be payable upon delivery; you may also be charged Courier Handling Fees. To help mitigate any Import Duties and potential Handling Fees, we offer FREE Shipping into Europe on orders over £150 (approx 175EUR).

Returns

For your peace of mind, all purchasers are covered by our 'No Quibble' 30 day exchange or refund policy. So in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and all tags attached, in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us using a recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery.

If you return an item for exchange, you will need cover the cost of returning the item to us, however we will send the replacement item back to you free of charge (within the UK only).

If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will pay for the cost of the return postage.

Please Note: An admin fee of £8 will apply to any returns that are not returned suitably packaged. This is to cover the time of steaming, folding and repackaging the item.

To Return an Item

To return an item, please phone 01992 501 616 or email us at info@adaptorclothing.com stating whether you'd like to exchange for a different size / item or would prefer a refund, and we will issue you with an authorisation number. This returns authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you send back to us. You must send the item back to us within 7 days of the authorisation number being given to you.

If you return an item that is not in its original condition, tags have been removed or is sent outside of the timeframes specified above, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.
