We are now set up to have customer's visit our showroom, from anywhere in the world, via video call from any phone, ipad or laptop with an internet connection. Using apps such as WhatsApp, Skype & Facetime, you can be taking on a, no obligation to buy, tour of our showroom. We'll show you the latest products, help with any sizing or general enquiries, and send any items you buy, straight to your chosen delivery destination. All calls can last up to 25mins with any of our knowledgeable sales assistants...it'll be as if you're really here in person!

We offer appointments from Monday to Friday, from 10am til 5pm, just choose a day and time must suitable to you in the drop-down menus above. A payment of £1 will secure your booking. This will be refunded if you decide not to buy anything, or taken off your total bill at the check out. Choose a day up to 6 days in advance. It's that simple!

By paying £1 for your appointment, we will have all your billing, delivery and contact details in our system, so you can get the most browsing time out of your 25min appointment as possible. If you have any particular products you wish to look, reply to the confirmation email with any special requirments or requests. Once you're happy with any items we have chosen, we will take payment via the video call, confirm your delivery details and dispatch your items the same day, with the option of Next Day delivery on all orders placed before 2pm.

Adaptor Clothing will dispatch your order within 1 working day of it being confirmed. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. You will have the option of waiting until the item is back in stock, picking a suitable replacement or we will gladly refund you.

For your peace of mind, all purchasers are covered by our 'No Quibble' 14 day exchange or refund policy. So in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and all tags attached. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us using a recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery.
If you return an item for exchange, you will have to pay a repost fee, to have the replacement sent to you.
If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will pay for the cost of the return postage.
To return an item, please phone, 01992 501 616 email us at email@example.com or use the 'contact us' box on the right hand side of our website and you will be issued with an authorisation number. The returns authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you send back to us. You must send the item back to us within 7 days of the authorisation number being given to you.
If you return an item that is not in its original condition or the tags have been removed we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Due to Health and Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept underwear garments unless they are faulty.
