Adaptor Clothing will dispatch your order within 1 working day of it being confirmed. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. You will have the option of waiting until the item is back in stock, picking a suitable replacement or we will gladly refund you.

Listed below are delivery charges:

UK 48hr Tracked: FREE Additional item cost FREE. (Royal Mail 48hrs. Tracked)

UK 24hr Tracked: £4.50. Additional item cost FREE. (Royal Mail 24hrs. Tracked)

UK Express: £9.95. Additional item cost FREE. (DPD Next Working Day. Tracked and Signed)

To ensured that orders selected with UK 24hr Tracked (not guarenteed) and UK Express (guarenteed) services are dispatched the same day for delivering the following day, orders must be placed before 2.30pm. If you provide a mobile telephone number with your order when selecting UK Express shipping, you will recieve a text message on the day of delivery with an estimated delivery time.

EU Flat Rate Shipping: £11.95. Additional item cost FREE. (Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail)

Int'l Flat Rate Shipping: £14.95. Additional item cost FREE. (Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail)

Refunds and Exchanges

For your peace of mind, all purchasers are covered by our 'No Quibble' 30 day exchange or refund policy. So in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and all tags attached. You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us using a recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery.

If you return an item for exchange, you will have cover the cost of returning the item to us, however we will send the replacement item back to you free of charge (within the UK only).

If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will pay for the cost of the return postage.

To return an item, please phone, 01992 501 616 email us at or use the 'contact us' box on the right hand side of our website and you will be issued with an authorisation number. The returns authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you send back to us. You must send the item back to us within 7 days of the authorisation number being given to you.

If you return an item that is not in its original condition or the tags have been removed we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
