Adaptor will dispatch your order within 1 working day of it being confirmed. In the event of an item being out of stock, we will notify you of the delay, you will have the option of waiting until the item is back in stock, picking a suitable replacement or we will gladly refund you.

Occasionally orders do go missing in the Post. If yours hasn't arrived yet, please follow the guidelines below
Firstly, please ensure you have allowed enough time for your order to be delivered. Orders sent via standard delivery - please allow up to 14 working days before reporting an item as missing. Orders sent via Next Day Delivery please allow up to 48 hours before reporting an item as missing. It is also a good idea to call your local delivery office in case they tried to deliver whilst you where out, and have taken your order back for collection.
Email us at info@adaptorclothing.com or call us on (44)(0)1920872903 to report your item as missing. We will ask the Post Office to trace the package and in the meantime will despatch a replacement item(s) to you. Where an exact replacement is unavailable, you may chose an alternative item or a refund.Important! Please read our terms and conditions regarding replacements.
When ordering goods from Adaptor for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
We hope that you will be doing some of your Christmas shopping with us and we would recommend that you do this as early as possible, so that you can be sure to get the items that you want for your family and friends. To ensure you get your items in time for Christmas please ensure you have ordered and paid for your goods in time for the last posting dates. If you do not do so we cannot guarantee them in time for Christmas.

We do hope that any items you buy will be suitable, but if for any reason the recipients are not happy with their gift, we will be happy to extend our returns policy beyond the usual 14 days for those orders placed in December and we will deal with any exchanges/refunds up to January 2011.
Often people will leave instructions for the delivery services i.e please leave their parcel at a neighbors or around the back. We are unable to pass this information on for security of delivery reasons.
We endeavor to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will delighted with your product from Adaptor. However, for your peace of mind all purchasers are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund policy. So in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase in any way it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused and all tags attached. Where you are withdrawing from your purchase and there is no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the items only, (you will not be refunded your postage). You will be responsible for the cost of returning items to us using a recorded delivery service which requires a proof of delivery.
If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay for the cost of the return postage. If this happens please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.
To return an item, please phone 01920872903 or email us at returns@adaptorclothing.com and you will be issued with an authorisation number. The returns authorisation number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package you send back to us. You must contact us within 7 days of the date of your purchase on your invoice. You must send the item back to us within 7 days of the authorisation number being given to you.
If you return an item that is not in its original condition or the tags have been removed we reserve the right to either refuse a refund or levy a charge of 20% of the original purchase price.
We reserve the right to levy a re-stocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price on any returned items without a returns authorisation number.
Due to Health and Hygiene reasons we are unable to accept underwear garments unless they are faulty.
